House Keeping

Do you have free time on Wednesdays before class? We could use an extra hand setting up the gym and making sure all the equipment is ready for use. Coaches arrive around 5:15 PM.

On Thursday nights after gymnastic practice, it is greatly appreciated if competitors and parents stick around to help clean up afterward. There's a lot that goes into setting up and we could use your help to put the gym mats away as well as cleaning up trash around the areas. We as a Sokol family take pride in helping each other out.
